My Experiences So Far
Owo was a quiet start. The school was small, and I could give each student personal attention. Building trust was easy. The community was warm and welcoming. It was a simple, fulfilling time.
Akure was a different pace. The school was bigger, busier. Balancing academics and pastoral care was challenging. Yet, there was a vibrant energy among the students. I learned to adapt and prioritize.
Kano was a cultural shift. The diversity was enriching. Understanding different backgrounds was key. Building bridges between cultures was rewarding. The challenges were real, but so were the triumphs.
Working with young minds was pure joy. Their innocence was refreshing. Laying the foundation for their faith and education was fulfilling. The community’s support was overwhelming. It was a humbling experience.
Itele was a mix of rural and urban. The students were eager to learn. Resourcefulness was essential. Seeing the potential in these students was inspiring. There was a strong sense of community.
Iseyin was a peaceful posting. The school had a close-knit feel. Nurturing young minds in a serene environment was pleasant. The parents were involved and supportive. It was a heartwarming experience.
Bida was a new adventure. The cultural richness was captivating. Adapting to a new environment was tough but rewarding. Witnessing the students’ progress was fulfilling. The sense of community was strong.
